With a large outer body diameter and high oil volume for efficient heat dissipation these units are suitable for long range touring, corrugations, desert use and outback tracks. 88 Series HT Raid units feature a 55mm Outer Body Diameter and 36mm Piston whilst the top of the line 90 Series Raid units feature a massive 70mm outer body diameter and 42mm piston. Both have the ability to adjust the rebound forces to combat general wear and tear of the unit over time to ensure you are getting the maximum life span and value from your shocks.
