Primarily this allows customers to run three-light setups on their bull bars, which is an increasingly popular choice among the 4wding community.

The Hard Korr BZR-X Series driving lights are hands down the best driving lights we’ve ever created. In fact, we think they’re the best driving light anyone has ever created. Big call? Maybe, but we don’t think it’s a wrong one!

We’ve started with the best LED chips currently available on the market, from Lumileds. Forget the old argument between OSRAM and CREE, Lumileds LEDs are starting to appear in more and more high-end driving lights, and for good reason. They are incredibly bright, much more than anything else we’ve ever come across, and very efficient as well.

Why does this matter? Good question. Using LED chips with such high brightness means that our reflector engineers have been able to achieve the “holy grail” of driving lights: a true combination beam, as good as you’ll find in a light bar, without sacrificing forward distance.

They’re also CISPR15 compliant, meaning they have been independently tested to ensure they do not interfere with radio frequencies.

Combined with a tough, understated look, integrated daytime running lights (DRL) and strong 4mm 316 stainless steel brackets, they are the ultimate driving lights for keen adventurers, professional drivers and those who spend a lot of time on country roads.

Our BZR-X LED driving lights now come with a unique dynamic DRL start-up sequence.

Now when you turn your vehicle's engine on, your daytime running lights will illuminate progressively rather than all coming on at once.

Whilst it (obviously) doesn't enhance the performance of your lights at all, we thought it would be a bit of fun to create and produce a nice effect on the front of your rig!

Adaptor cable included.

We introduced the single BZR-X lights primarily to allow people to run three driving lights on the front of their rig. To help make the job of wiring all the lights as easy as possible, we include a 2-into-1 adaptor cable with all single lights. This means you can use the same wiring harness that comes with the pair, and simply connect the adaptor cable to one of the Deutsch plugs on the end of the harness to make all three lights work together.

Genuine parts, precision optics.

Hardkorr’s BZR-X series driving lights are made using genuine top-grade Lumileds® LED chips sourced from authorised agents, to ensure even light throw, correct colour rendering and long service life. These chips are matched with custom engineered reflectors that are manufactured to nanometre precision, and secured within high-quality aluminium housing which is designed to effectively dissipate heat and protect the sensitive components within.

This attention to detail ensures that every unit we manufacture gives consistent performance, and helps us fulfil our ambition to be the world’s most trusted manufacturer of LED lighting.

What's in the Box

1 x 95w LED driving light

1 x 316 stainless steel mounting bracket

1 x set security bolts & anti-vibration rubber base

1 x 2-into-1 Deutsch adaptor cable

Specifications

Materials

ADC12 aluminium housing with AkzoNobel® powder coating 4mm 316 s/steel bracket with AkzoNobel® powder coating UV-coated Lexan® polycarbonate lens

Dimensions

175mm (w) x 190mm (h) x 75mm (d) incl. bracket

LED Manufacturer

Genuine Lumileds®

LED Number (each)

19 x 5w

Lux (pair)

1 lux @ 1,150m

Output (pair)

22,588 effective lumens

Beam

Combination

Ingress Protection

IP69K

EMC rating

CISPR 15 Class 3

Impact rating

IK08 (5J)

Vibration rating

IEC 60068-2-6 & ISO16750-1 (15G R.M.S. @ 24-2000Hz)

Weight (each)

1.9kg

Operating Voltage

10 - 30v DC

Current (each)

7.7A @ 12V / 3.75A @ 24V

Colour Temp

6000K

LED Lifespan

50,000+ hours

Certifications

CE, RoHS, RCM

Warranty: This product has a 3 year replacement warranty.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2136/3225/files/HKBZRX180_3_4_bc1b07f5-097c-4cd7-8aff-9263530c8cb5.jpg?v=1791345423
