What is this?

This is the quick release system for the CV shaft.

Holden and Isuzu have designed the CV shaft to be held in by the diff mounts, so in saying that the mounts have to be removed before the CV's can be. We here at Munji NPD (New Parts Development) and Munji 4x4 Accessories have re-designed a mounting system to allow removal of the CV shaft without having to drop the diff or loose any of the diff oil.

What are the benefits?

This system allows much easier servicing on and off the track.

Installation

Tools required –

Bi-metal hole saw

Basic spanner and socket set

Cordless or power drill or drill press

Initial Installation 3 -5 hours which includes modifying diff mount plates.

Difficulty – Good mechanical knowledge required
