PPD Performance Pty Ltd warrants that all products sold are free from defects in material and workmanship. Each product is warranted against defects in material or workmanship that cause the product to perform below reasonable expectations.
Coverage: PPD Performance Pty Ltd will, at its sole option, repair or replace any PPD Performance–branded product supplied by it which is found to be defective, provided PPD Performance Pty Ltd is notified in writing by the customer within 2 years from the date of purchase.
Third-Party Products: Products sourced from third-party suppliers are subject to the warranty provided by those manufacturers. Details are available on request.
In relation to the online sale of components, PPD Performance Pty Ltd is not a mechanical workshop. We do not warrant the installation work of third-party mechanical businesses installing our products.
Please ensure you order the correct parts. Return of a product in an unused condition will attract a 17.5%–25% restocking and administrative fee, where PPD Performance is not at fault.
PPD Performance will not be held responsible for delays that occur in the supply of its products.
The above warranty will not apply where:
1. The product has not been correctly installed, or evidence of misuse or negligence is evident.
2. The product has been modified without prior approval.
3. The product is used beyond the expectations of the original vehicle manufacturer.
4. The product is no longer required, incorrectly chosen by the customer, or the customer has changed their mind (see Return & Refund Process for discretionary return policy).
5. The fault relates to an issue that existed on arrival or delivery of the product, and you fail to notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund, credit, or replacement if you change your mind or select an item incorrectly.
Should PPD Performance accept a return in these circumstances, a restocking and administrative fee of between 17.5% and 25% will be deducted from any store credit issued.
If the product has a major fault that prevents it from being used for its designed purpose, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Major faults include cases where the product is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or unfit for its normal purpose.
If the fault is not major, PPD Performance will repair the item within a reasonable time.
If it cannot be repaired in a reasonable timeframe, you may request a replacement or refund.
Whether an item is repaired or replaced will be determined at the discretion of PPD Performance Pty Ltd.
Claims for items damaged in transit or during production must be lodged within 14 days of receipt.
Claims made outside this period cannot be accepted, as they fall outside the carriers’ and suppliers’ terms and conditions.
Returns or cancellations cannot be accepted for third-party items that are specifically ordered in, produced to order, or assembled to fulfil individual orders.
Where a return is accepted (at the sole discretion of PPD Performance), store credit will be issued minus assembly/disassembly costs, freight return costs, and a restocking fee between 17.5% and 25%.
Products in this category include, but are not limited to:
• Xrox / Outback Accessories & Ironman bullbars, rear bars, steps, and accessories
• Suspension components and lift kits
• Black Duck® Seat Covers
• EGR branded accessories (flares, canopies, roller covers, soft covers, load shields)
• Cruiser Console interior products
• Emu Wing / The Cruiser Company accessories
• Direction Plus Diesel Accessories (including fuel filters and catch cans)
• Electronic accessories
• Meredith Metalworks snorkels, airboxes, and components
• Garrett turbochargers
Without exception, no returns will be accepted more than 90 days after purchase.
If an incorrect item was sold or shipped, or if the incorrect price was charged, PPD Performance reserves the right to cancel the order.
The responsibility for returning the item lies with the customer. PPD Performance accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Credits or refunds (where applicable) will only be approved for items returned in resalable condition.
Quotes provided are valid for 14 days only. PPD Performance reserves the right to update pricing thereafter.
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch incur a 7.5% administrative processing fee.
Where cancellation relates to a change of mind or change of customer circumstance, PPD Performance will issue store credit only.
Important:
No products are to be returned without prior written consent.
All return requests must be directed to sales@ppdperformance.com.au.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
PPD Performance Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any expense incurred by the customer in order to remedy any defect in its products.
PPD Performance will not cover removal, installation, or postage costs required to give effect to this warranty.
The customer agrees to indemnify PPD Performance Pty Ltd from and against any loss, injury, or damage to person or property that extends beyond the warranties set forth above, whether the claims against PPD Performance Pty Ltd or the damages are incidental or consequential.
Unless specifically stated, all parts supplied by PPD Performance are intended for off-road use only.
Regulations vary by state—please research local laws before modifying your vehicle.
DPF and catalytic converter removal components are strictly for off-road use in all jurisdictions.
Door-to-door delivery may not be possible for certain orders, particularly where:
• A residential address is provided
• The delivery address is remote/regional
• The order exceeds 30kg
• Or special handling is required
To ensure the highest chance of door-to-door delivery, please provide a commercial address for delivery of your PPD Performance products.

Orders not collected within 30 days of notification (without prior written agreement) may incur storage and handling fees.
All import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
