PPD Performance Shipping policy

All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please make note of any production delays listed on the product page and factor these into processing times.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing the shipping and tracking information

Many items are built or ordered on an as needed basis, these orders will be supplied within 1-2 days after being received from the manufacturer.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Be aware while every attempt will be made to source door to door delivery when selected, with some orders, to some locations this will not be possible. In particular, orders with any of the following attributes may need to be directed to your nearest freight depot for customer collection.

• Where the customer has provided a residential address addresses,
• Where the customer has requested delivery to a remote location
• Where the customer has requested delivery to a country / regional location
• Where the total weight of the ordered item exceeds 30kg.

To ensure the highest chance of door to door delivery, please provide a commercial address for delivery of your PPD Performance products.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.   

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed, please email us at sales@ppdperformance.com.au with details of the item you are interested in, and your shipping address for a quote.    

Regional & Remote Area Shipping Rates

Due to rapid and frequent fluctuations in freight prices in the current climate, Regional and remote area orders shipping pricing may be re-quoted with adjusted freight costs in some cases. 

Local Pickup

PPD Performance offers local pickup as an option at checkout to customers located in Western Australia.

Please contact the store prior to collecting your items to ensure they are available.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note, shipping to P.O boxes is not available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@ppdperformance.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
