    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Harrop is proud to offer the innovative TVS2650 Supercharger Kit to suit the Toyota 3UR-FE 5.7L V8 found in global vehicle platforms like the Toyota Tundra, Landcruiser 200 Series and Lexus LX570. The Australian engineered and manufactured Supercharger Kit utilises the largest, most-efficient rotating group ever produced by Eaton, the TVS2650, which is 40% larger than the TRD TVS1900 supercharger (2650cc VS 1900cc).

As a master distributor of Eaton Supercharger and Traction products, Harrop has experience with the 2650 rotating group, being the first Australian Supercharger system to feature the technology for the LS series of engines.

Harrop FDFI (Front Drive, Front Inlet) Superchargers feature extensive upgrades to the cooling system, to ensure optimum thermal efficiency with the inclusion of twin intercooler cores in the manifold integrated with a front mount radiator and high flow Bosch intercooler pump. The improved intercooler system provides greater thermal and volumetric efficiency to unleash the performance potential of the 3UR-FE 5.7L V8.

Includes all components required for installation into Toyota Tundra, Land-Cruiser 200 and Lexus LX 570 with 5.7L V8 Engines. As well as a direct upgrade for the Toyota Tundra TRD 1900 or Aftermarket 1900 Supercharged variants.

    • Supercharger intake manifold including twin intercoolers
    • Harrop TVS2650 FDFI Supercharger with RH inlet cover – Toyota throttle bolt pattern
    • 8PK FEAD idler bracket, Coolant cross-over pipe, 8PK Supercharger drive belt
    • Replacement high flow injectors for Stage 2
    • Replacement high flow fuel pump for Stage 1 & 2
    • Plug-in wiring looms for all necessary engine sensors – IAT breakout from MAF sensor, Throttle loom extension and Intercooler pump loom

At PPD Performance, all of our exhausts proudly feature:

      Mandrel Bent Piping

PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.

      304 Grade Stainless Steel

Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.

Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain

The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.

Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.

Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.

Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.

Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.

      Bold on installation

All PPD Performance exhausts are designed to follow the same orientation and layout as the factory exhaust, making for easy bolt on installations. Our systems utilise the standard hanger locations, which means you don't have to use anything other than the factory rubbers.
