3" Stainless Steel DPF Delete Pipe for Nissan Navara 2014+ (for off-road use only!!)

DPF deletes are for off-road and racing use only.

Replace the restrictive Nissan Navara Ute DPF system with this brand new PPD Performance Polished Stainless Steel unit.

Specifically designed for the Nissan Navara Ute: NP300, this stainless system unleashes the performance and sound that they should have had from the factory! Hear that Turbo spool - it's amazing!

This item is a direct bolt on for Single turbo, and Twin turbo models - and don't worry - Seawater corrosion and holes in mild-steel exhausts are a thing of the past now!

Similar systems sell for three times the price!

    DPF DELETE SPECIFICATIONS:

    • 304-grade 1.5mm thick polished stainless steel piping.
    • Stainless steel flanges
    • Stainless CNC machined turbo housing connection
    • Straight through design for maximum efficiency
    • Stainless 2 bolt connecting flange for bolt-on installation to factory or aftermarket DPF-back systems
    • TIG welded
    • Mandrel Bent
    • Gaskets and bolts included

These are a proven design producing fantastic gains on the Nissan Navara Ute NP300.

Vacuum lines do not need to be connected (as they are just pressure differential sensors), however ports exist if you wish to extend the lines to reach. Otherwise, the vacuum ports can simply be capped off and lines connected to each other.

Note: An ECU map is required when deleting your DPF.

Disclaimer: Note: DPF removal components are designed for off-road use only. Please consider this before purchasing and installing.

High flow cat version pictured - non-cat version has no bulge in the pipe.

DPF Delete Module – Nissan Navara NP300

    IMPORTANT:
This module is sold to be fitted to unregistered vehicles for off-road use on private property only. Removal of the DPF is an offence on registered vehicles and will make your vehicle unroadworthy.

DPF Delete module for 2015+ Nissan Navara NP300 with YS23 diesel engine. Used to simulate a valid differential pressure signal after the DPF has been removed, preventing DTC P1453 and limp mode. The ECU thinks the DPF is still fitted and everything is normal.

    • No tune or ECU remap required
    • The DPF can be refitted and everything returned to standard at any time

It comes in a waterproof enclosure, and is mounted in the engine bay near the brake booster. Wires connect to the MAF sensor and differential pressure sensor. Everything is plug and play – no modification to the vehicles wiring or soldering is required. The MAF sensor signal is not modified, it is only used as an input to the module to generate a valid DPS reading. Mounting bracket and bolts are included.

    • No engine light
    • No limp mode
    • No DPF regens

A DPF delete pipe or gutted DPF must be used with this module. Do not fit this module with the DPF still in place or it will block up.
Any DPF delete pipe will work (including a bashed out DPF).
The EGT sensor must be retained in the delete pipe.
The 2 rubber hoses, steel pipes, and differential pressure sensor are not required.

At PPD Performance, all of our exhausts proudly feature:

    Mandrel Bent Piping

PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.

    304 Grade Stainless Steel

Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.

Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain

The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.

Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.

Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.

Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.

Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.

    Bold on installation

All PPD Performance exhausts are designed to follow the same orientation and layout as the factory exhaust, making for easy bolt on installations. Our systems utilise the standard hanger locations, which means you don't have to use anything other than the factory rubbers.
