Seeing the need for a high flow, ultra efficient intercooler system with exceptional heat exchanging properties Cross Country designed the Ultimate series. This huge core doesn't sacrifice radiator cooling or have any ground clearance issues as seen with some similar front mount setups.  

From its inception 4 years ago, it has proven to be the most effective, high performance intercooler and is used by the nation €™s toughest Trolls pushing over 200 rear wheel kilowatts.

Reduce intake temperatures when towing or off-roading to help drop EGT's and improve fuel efficiency along with torque and power!  

Core Size - 600mm x 300mm x 68mm

Kits are manufactured to order, with typical build times of around 9  weeks.  

This kit is supported by a durable and high performance PWR  tube & fin intercooler core  with a  huge improvement in cooling surface area, and offering a dramatic reduction in power robbing core heat soak that you experience with the factory intercooler.

The Intercooler is fan forced by a 10" skewed blade Spal  unit mounted underneath, this provides excellent thermal transfer rates at low vehicle speeds.  
As this kit is a high flowing top mount design, the pipework is kept to a minimum, meaning torque is produced much earlier than front mounted systems.

The kit includes a black powder coated CNC bent tubular frame that mounts the cooler to the vehicles body, thus insulating the cooler from engine vibration, providing a very strong, stable mounting system.
All nuts, bolts, clamps, silicones, polished alloy pipe work, bonnet scoop, template, plug 'n' play wiring loom are included for easy, trouble free installation.

Please note: EGR will need to be removed for Factory Intercooled Models.
