Upgrade your BT-50 tray with the EGR Load Shield — purpose-built to provide rugged protection, premium finish and added functionality. Designed and manufactured to suit the 2020-on Mazda BT-50, this hard-lid alternative delivers a strong aluminium checker-plate top panel mounted in extruded alloy side rails and cast end-caps.
Security is built into the design: the Load Shield features a central push-button T-handle key-lock system and corner side-latches, meaning your tray gear is fully locked and your tailgate cannot open while it’s fitted.
Need more capacity? This unit is rack-ready, offering optional side rails or cross-bar kits for up to 100 kg of load rating — perfect for rooftop tents, gear boxes or bulky cargo.
It’s built tough yet smart: UV-stable matte black powder-coat finish resists sun, salt and Aussie conditions, while the aluminium structure keeps it light and strong. It’s designed for fast fitment and long-term durability — ideal for work trucks, weekend rigs or daily drivers.
Give your BT-50 the upgrade it deserves with secure, stylish coverage and functional versatility — choose the EGR Load Shield today.
