No

Can this Sports Bar be used without the RollTrac?

No, the Sports Bar is designed to work with the RollTrac only.

My vehicle has a brake light at the top of the cab. If I put a Sports Bar on the back would this block the break light from being seen?

Yes, however EGR has thought of that. If the Sports Bar is blocking a brake light, then the Sports Bar has a brake light incorporated into the design as your safety matters.
