Designed and manufactured in Australia using high-quality German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are engineered to optimize performance while utilizing less material. This innovative design ensures superior ride quality and exceptional load-carrying capabilities.

The springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter yet more durable coil that can withstand rigorous demands.

Each coil undergoes a meticulous process, including shot peening to relieve stress, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. They are formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to maintain spring memory, ensuring consistent performance over time.

Additionally, the powder-coated finish not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent corrosion resistance, making these coils suitable for various environments.

For those with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra weight or constant load carrying. The approximate lift heights are as follows: 40mm for TDC1067 (No Accessories), TDC1063 (Steel Bar), and TDC1064 (Steel Bar and Winch).

It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers to maximize performance and handling.
