These springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter yet more robust coil that can withstand rigorous conditions. Each coil undergoes a meticulous shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, followed by scragging and load testing to guarantee reliability.

Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, Tough Dog coils are finished with a durable powder coating that enhances both aesthetics and corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity in various environments.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog provides a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate constant load carrying. The approximate lift height is 40mm, with specific models available for different configurations: TDC1035 for no bar or alloy bar, and TDC1036 for steel bar or steel bar with winch.
