Direction Plus™ ProVent® oil separator kits protect your modern diesel engine by substantially reducing the amount of oil entering the engine from blow-by gas in the crankcase ventilation system.

Modern engines with exhaust gas recirculation systems (EGR) route a portion of exhaust gas back into the engine. The presence of oil from the crankcase ventilation system causes exhaust particles to collect in the oil. This combination can block inlet manifolds and valves, leading to reduced engine performance or failure.

Without a Direction Plus™ ProVent® system, your engine is likely to experience progressive performance reduction. Direction Plus ProVent systems are designed to separate and redirect oil and air from blow-by gas produced within the crankcase. They also offer the option to return the oil back to the sump.
