Roadsafe 4WD has engineered the Blackhawk UCA range, leveraging extensive experience in the manufacture and supply of chassis parts, including a comprehensive selection of steering and suspension components.

Key features include a fixed caster correction of 3 degrees, which provides a substantial amount of caster adjustment. This design allows for the utilization of factory settings to fine-tune the caster necessary for the vehicle's lift, ensuring that the UCA does not limit increased droop in relation to other components.

The fixed position ball joint is designed with housings rotated to prevent it from being a limiting factor during maximum down travel, enhancing overall suspension performance.

Additionally, the offset type UCA improves clearance to other suspension components and the chassis, accommodating larger wheel and tire setups without interference.

Utilizing OE specification ball joints and bushings ensures straightforward replacement and maintenance when necessary. The design includes tabs and mounts to secure ABS lines where applicable, enhancing the overall integrity of the installation.

Heavy-duty long-life ball joints with dust caps are incorporated to ensure durability and reliability under demanding conditions, and the product is designed to meet ADR compliance standards.
