Designed and manufactured in Australia using high-quality German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are engineered to optimize performance while utilizing less material. This innovative design ensures that the coils maintain exceptional ride quality and impressive load-carrying capabilities.

These springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter yet more durable coil that can withstand rigorous conditions. Each coil undergoes a meticulous shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, followed by scragging and load testing to ensure reliability and performance.

Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, Tough Dog coils are finished with a powder coating that not only enhances their aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a variety of spring rates tailored to accommodate constant load carrying. The approximate lift height for these coils is 50mm, with specific models designed for different configurations: TDC974 for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar, and TDC983 for those with a steel bar or a bar and winch setup.
