Pre-stressed to maintain optimal ride height, these leaf springs undergo rigorous load rate testing to ensure they meet the demands of various applications. Approximate raised height for these leaf springs ranges from 40-50mm, with specific models designed for varying load capacities: FS213 for light loads (0-300kg) and FS213H for constant loads (300kg). It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers to optimize performance.

Constant load refers to weight that is permanently added to the vehicle, such as fixed accessories like canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers.
