CC4x4  coolers are all made in house in Adelaide, SA.  They offer a lifetime warranty on the construction and fabrication on all of their products.

These kits use genuine PWR cores, the highest quality core available worldwide.  

Other components used come with a manufacturers warranty of 12 months.

Like any turbocharged engine running high boost levels intake temperature is an issue. The Jeep Renegade is not immune to this.

CC4x4  have developed an intercooler upgrade kit using the highly efficient PWR racer series intercooler core which almost doubles the volume versus the factory intercooler. It also increases the frontal area for improved cooling.

The kit includes the following:

• PWR racer series intercooler core with 3mm sheet metal tanks.
• Core dimensions - 600x 170×68mm
  
• All mounting hardware, rubber mounted.
  
• Pipework for cold side

No trimming of the factory bar required.

Kits are manufactured to order, with typical build times of around 9  weeks.
