Designed and manufactured in Australia using premium German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are engineered to optimize material usage while delivering exceptional ride quality and load-carrying capabilities. These springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter and more resilient coil that can withstand rigorous demands.

Each coil undergoes a meticulous shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, ensuring durability and performance. They are scragged and load tested to guarantee reliability under various conditions. Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, these coils are built to last.

The powder-coated finish not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity in harsh environments. If you have additional accessories installed, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra weight or constant load scenarios.

Approximate Lift Height: 30mm for TDC511 - suitable for up to Steel Bar, and TDC508H - compatible with Steel Bar or Bar and Winch setups. For optimal performance, we recommend pairing these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers.
