Designed and manufactured in Australia using high-quality German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are engineered to optimize performance while utilizing less material. This innovative design ensures superior ride quality and exceptional load-carrying capabilities.

The springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter yet more durable coil that can withstand rigorous conditions. Each coil undergoes a meticulous process, including shot peening to relieve stress, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability.

Formed on precision mandrels and hot-formed to maintain spring memory, these coils are finished with a powder coating that not only enhances their aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a variety of spring rates tailored to accommodate constant load carrying. The approximate lift height is 30mm for TDC513, suitable for vehicles with steel bars, and TDC508H, designed for those with steel bars or a bar and winch setup.
