Land Rover Range Rover (1971-1996) Series 1 Wagon Superior Superflex Radius Arms Suitable For Land Rover Defender/Discovery/Range Rover 2 Inch (50mm) Castor Correction available on AfterPay. We deliver Australia-wide! – Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide & Perth.
The Offroad Series of Superior Engineering Superflex Radius Arms are Suitable For Land Rover Defender 90/110/130, Discovery (Series 1) and Range Rover (Series 1) with a 2" Inch Lift.
Superior Engineering has developed the ultimate in Drop Radius Arms for Landover's.
Designed and Manufactured to take your vehicles offroad driving performance to a new level! And the visual appearance of these new Radius Arms make a statement like no other.
Our Radius arms not only correct castor angles after performing a suspension lift, but also utilise standard OE spec Nissan Patrol rubber bushes in the Radius arms.
These features allow for increased articulation as well as better road manners and eliminate the need to use expensive Poly aftermarket bushes that are considered inferior to OE style rubber bushes.
The Superior Engineering Radius Arm design will also permit you to run a Superior Engineering Radius arm Spacer washers to push the front diff forward, increasing clearance and achieving a better approach angle.
Superior Engineering supplies all of our radius arms with the Rubber Bushes pressed in for your convenience, and you will also be supplied with genuine Nissan rear radius arm bushes and washers.
Superior Engineering SUPERFLEX Radius arms were designed in 2008 for Competition Trucks to benefit from maximum articulation as well as Excellent High Speed Handling as well.
Since their introduction to the Australian and overseas market there has been a huge trend towards choosing Superior Engineering SUPERFLEX Arms over the standard Radius Arm design.
Why not have extra flex as well as good on road handling?

Fig. 1 shows the Superior Arm deflecting only 4.1mm under load with real world load points. Fig. 2 shows the Competitor's Arm deflecting 24.91mm under the same load points and loads, almost the same as the width of the Arm itself. Also of note is the Competitor's Arm deflected to a point that may cause metal fatigue over time, which may lead to total failure.
Superior Engineering offer custom built suspension solutions, with unique adjustability and performance.
These kits are assembled to order to suit your requirements, with an average lead time that can vary between 1-3 weeks.
If you need a specific eta, please contact us before ordering and we will be sure to assist you.
Consolidated Freight Option
Consolidated freight allows PPD Performance to combine multiple orders onto a single pallet and transfer them together, reducing freight costs by sharing them across orders.

At PPD Performance, all of our exhausts proudly feature:
Mandrel Bent Piping
PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.
304 Grade Stainless Steel
Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.
Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain
The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.
Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.
Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.
Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.
Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.
Bolt on installation
All PPD Performance exhausts are designed to follow the same orientation and layout as the factory exhaust, making for easy bolt on installations. Our systems utilise the standard hanger locations, which means you don't have to use anything other than the factory rubbers.
