Designed and manufactured in Australia using high-quality German X5K spring steel, Tough Dog coils are engineered to optimize material usage while delivering exceptional ride quality and load-carrying capabilities. These springs are crafted to retain their original memory even under heavy loads, resulting in a lighter and more durable coil that can withstand rigorous conditions.

Each coil undergoes a meticulous shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, ensuring longevity and performance. They are scragged and load tested to guarantee reliability, and formed on precision mandrels to achieve exact specifications. The hot forming process is employed to maintain the spring's memory, while a powder-coated finish provides both aesthetic appeal and corrosion resistance.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a variety of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra weight or constant load scenarios. The approximate lift height ranges from 30-40mm, with specific models designed for different load capacities: TDC1086 for light loads of 0-300kg and TDC1087 for constant loads of 300kg.
