Ignite Square Combined LED Head and Indicator Lamp operates within a voltage range of 10 - 30 Volt and delivers a powerful 80 Watt output. The low beam produces 1,800 raw lumens and 1,530 effective lumens at a color temperature of 5,700K, while the high beam offers 3,600 raw lumens and 3,060 effective lumens, also at 5,700K. The indicator lamp emits 400 raw lumens and 340 effective lumens at 2,200K, and the position lamp provides 160 raw lumens and 130 effective lumens at 5,700K. Current draw is rated at 6.7 amps at 12 volts and 3.31 amps at 24 volts. The lamp features advanced Polycarbonate Free Form Optical Reflector Technology for both low and high beam functions, ensuring optimal light distribution. The durable polycarbonate lens assembly is designed to withstand harsh conditions. With dimensions of 227.5mm x 150mm and a sleek black fascia, this lamp is built for performance. Integrated Electronic Thermal Management (ETM) ensures efficient heat dissipation, while the black powder-coated extruded 6063 aluminium housing includes an integrated heat sink and pressure equalizing vent. The indicator lamp allows for multi-directional mounting, providing flexibility to install it on the left or right side, or even on top of the headlamp housing. Installation is straightforward with a stainless steel single bolt mount bracket and hardware included. A 400mm lead with a 4-pin Deutsch plug is provided, along with over and under voltage protection and reverse polarity protection. This lamp is UV, water, and shock resistant, boasting a lifespan of 50,000 hours. It includes high/low beam, position, and indicator lamps, and meets ECE R6, R7, R10, DOT, and CE standards. With an IP68 and IP69K rating, it can operate in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C. Backed by a 5-year warranty, this lamp weighs 1.5kg and is compatible with spare parts such as the IWH030 adaptor harness for negative switched vehicles. The lamp features 2 x 10 Watt high intensity ETI LEDs for low beam, 4 x 10 Watt high intensity ETI LEDs for high beam, 5 x 5 Watt high intensity Prolight amber LEDs for the indicator lamp, and 2 x 1 Watt LumiLEDs for the position lamp.
