Constructed from high-grade spring steel, these leaf springs also feature anti-friction pads in most applications, and are pre-stressed to maintain optimal ride height.

For those with additional accessories fitted to their vehicles, Tough Dog offers various spring rates to accommodate constant load carrying. This is particularly beneficial for vehicles equipped with fixed accessories such as canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers.

Approximate raised height for these leaf springs ranges from 30-40mm, with specific models designed for different load capacities: FS021 for light loads (0-300kg) and FS021H for constant loads (300kg). It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers to achieve optimal performance.
