Each spring is accurately heat-treated and crafted from high-grade spring steel, with anti-friction pads included in most applications to enhance performance.

Pre-stressed to maintain optimal ride height, these leaf springs undergo rigorous load rate testing to ensure they meet the demands of various applications. If your vehicle is equipped with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers different spring rates to accommodate constant load carrying.

Approximate lift height is 40mm, with specific models catering to different load capacities: T92C for 0-300kg light load, T92L for 300kg constant load, and T92LL for 500kg constant load.

Fitment notes indicate that leaf springs are supplied with front eye bushes already fitted. It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers for optimal performance. Constant load refers to weight that is permanently added to the vehicle, such as fixed accessories like canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers.
