    Replace the restrictive Nissan Navara Ute DPF system with this brand new PPD Performance Polished Stainless Steel unit.

    Specifically designed for the Nissan Navara Ute: NP300, this stainless system unleashes the performance and sound that they should have had from the factory! Hear that Turbo spool - it's amazing!

    This item is a direct bolt on for Single turbo, and Twin turbo models - and don't worry - Seawater corrosion and holes in mild-steel exhausts are a thing of the past now!

    PPD Performance DPF-Delete Exhaust & Tune Performance Upgrade Package

    Package includes the following:

    • PPD Stainless 3" Exhaust
      • Optional Configuration: 
        • DPF Delete Only - connects to the factory DPF-back system
        • Turbo-back - Full 3" system, replaces the factory exhaust. 
      • Select from either the straight through 3" stainless system ($599) or the same system with high-flow cat for road legality ($699).
    • PPD Remapper Unit
      • Custom tune based off our dyno experience, optimised for towing, economy or power.

    We've used our experience in modifying 100+ NP300's to develop tunes that suit each users application. Once the remapper unit is received you will be able to provide us with the ECU file from your car and request what type of tune you want.

    These kits provide everything needed for the DIY enthusiast. Simply bolt on the exhaust and follow the instructions provided to load our tune (remap) into your car!

    You will be able to advise us of your desired tuning requirements after receiving the remapper device.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • The PPD Performance Remapper is locked to a single car, it cannot be used on multiple cars.
    • A DPF-DELETE IS NOT LEGAL FOR ROAD USE. FOR A LEGAL SYSTEM, USE OUR 'DPF-BACK' SYSTEM.

    These are a proven design producing fantastic gains on the Nissan Navara Ute NP300.

    Vacuum lines do not need to be connected (as they are just pressure differential sensors), however ports exist if you wish to extend the lines to reach. Otherwise, the vacuum ports can simply be capped off and lines connected to each other.

    Mandrel Bent Piping

    PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.

    304 Grade Stainless Steel

    Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.

    Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain

    The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.

    Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.

    Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.

    Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.

    Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.
