Each coil undergoes a meticulous process, including shot peening to relieve stress, scragging, and load testing to ensure reliability. Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, these coils are finished with a powder coating that enhances both aesthetics and corrosion resistance.

Constant Load refers to weight that remains on the vehicle at all times, such as fixed accessories like canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers. Selecting the appropriate spring option is crucial for optimizing vehicle performance and load management.

Approximate Lift Heights are as follows: 15-20mm for TDC774H (0-300kg Light Load), TDC774VHL (300kg Constant Load), and TDC1037 (500kg Constant Load). It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers for enhanced performance.
