Standard features include military wrap across all part numbers, accurate heat treatment, and construction from high-grade spring steel. Many applications also incorporate anti-friction pads to enhance performance. The springs are pre-stressed to maintain ride height and are rigorously load rate tested to ensure reliability.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, there is no need for concern; various spring rates are available to accommodate constant load carrying. The approximate raised height provided by these springs ranges from 30 to 40mm, with specific models such as BPN-007 designed for up to a bar load and BPN-007H suitable for steel bars and winches.
