Superior Gen 2 Rear Weld-On Diff Guard suitable for Nissan Patrol GQ and GU H233 is designed to deliver serious protection to the vulnerable rear differential housing; CNC laser cut and folded from heavy-duty 350 grade mild steel with a stainless steel badge and supplied in raw finish for welding preparation. It is manufactured specifically for the H233 rear diff, this guard protects the housing to handle extreme off-road punishment.
The H233 rear differential is strong, but repeated rock impacts and harsh terrain can damage or distort the factory housing. A hard hit to the diff centre can lead to oil loss, internal damage, or even a cracked housing, potentially ending a trip without warning. A weld-on diff guard permanently strengthens the housing by adding structural reinforcement and spreading impact loads across a larger surface area.
This Gen 2 design has been redesigned to fit closer to the differential housing while increasing strength and clearance from other suspension components.
