Upgrading to aftermarket raised springs is an excellent choice for vehicles equipped with additional accessories, heavily laden setups, or for those seeking improved load-carrying capabilities and increased ground clearance. All King Springs heavy-duty replacement springs are designed to provide an uprated performance, typically ranging from 20% to 40% depending on the specific vehicle application.

When selecting the appropriate spring rate, consider the fixed accessories installed on your vehicle. For example, the approximate lift height options are as follows: KDFR 402 provides a lift of up to 40-50mm for vehicles with a steel bar, while KDFR 402HD is suitable for vehicles equipped with both a bar and a winch, accommodating loads between 100-250kg.

It is essential to reuse the factory insulator from the original coils when installing the replacement King Springs coils. Additionally, we recommend pairing long travel shocks with raised springs to optimize performance. Please note that the degree of height achieved may vary based on the vehicle's age, the accessories fitted, the materials used for those accessories, and certain factory options.
