King Springs are engineered and manufactured in Australia using advanced X5K Steel, a new generation of high-strength spring steel that is designed to withstand higher operating stresses. This material offers superior resistance to sag, enhanced toughness, and improved corrosion fatigue properties.

Upgrading to aftermarket raised springs is particularly beneficial for vehicles equipped with additional accessories, heavily laden vehicles, and those requiring enhanced load-carrying capabilities and increased ground clearance. All King Springs heavy-duty replacement springs are specifically designed to provide an uprated performance. The degree of uprating typically ranges from 20% to 40%, depending on the specific vehicle application.

When selecting the appropriate spring rate, it is essential to consider the fixed accessories on the vehicle. The approximate lift height for the various models is as follows: KDRR 403 for light loads provides a lift of approximately 40-50mm, while the KDRR 403HD is suitable for constant loads between 100-300kg, and the KDRR 403EHD is designed for constant loads of 500kg.

It is recommended to pair long travel shocks with raised springs to optimize performance. Please note that the degree of height achieved may vary based on the vehicle's age, the accessories fitted, the materials used for those accessories, and certain factory options.
