The Tough Dog coils are constructed to retain their original memory, providing a lightweight yet robust solution that can withstand demanding conditions. Each coil undergoes a rigorous shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, ensuring durability and longevity.

Additionally, the coils are scragged and load tested to guarantee their performance under various conditions. Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, these coils are built to last. The powder-coated finish not only enhances their aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent corrosion resistance.

For those with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra load or constant load carrying. The approximate lift height for these coils is between 40-50mm, with specific models designed for different setups: TDC1050 for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar, and TDC1051 for those equipped with a steel bar and winch.
