Upgrading to aftermarket raised springs is particularly beneficial for vehicles equipped with additional accessories, heavily laden vehicles, and those requiring enhanced load-carrying capabilities and increased ground clearance. All King Springs heavy-duty replacement springs are specifically designed to provide an uprated performance. The degree of uprating typically ranges from 20% to 40%, depending on the specific vehicle application.

When selecting the appropriate spring rate, it is essential to consider the fixed accessories installed on the vehicle. The approximate lift heights for various models are as follows: KDRR 401 - Light Load offers an approximate lift of 20-25mm; KDRR 401H - designed for 100-250kg raised comfort provides an approximate lift of 40-50mm; and KDRR 401HH - suitable for 100-300kg constant load also offers an approximate lift of 40-50mm.

It is recommended to pair long travel shocks with raised springs to optimize performance. Please note that the degree of height achieved may vary based on the vehicle's age, the accessories fitted, the materials used for those accessories, and certain factory options.
