Upgrading to aftermarket raised springs is particularly beneficial for vehicles equipped with additional accessories, heavily laden vehicles, and those requiring enhanced load-carrying capabilities and increased ground clearance. All King Springs heavy-duty replacement springs are specifically designed to be uprated, with the degree of uprating typically ranging from 20% to 40%, depending on the vehicle model.

When selecting the appropriate spring rate, it is essential to consider the fixed accessories installed on the vehicle. For example, the approximate lift height for the KTFR 101 model is between 40-50mm, which is suitable for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar. It is recommended to pair long travel shocks with raised springs to optimize performance. Please note that the degree of height achieved may vary based on the vehicle's age, the accessories fitted, the materials used, and certain factory options.
