    Product Info

Developed to suit Toyota Prado 120/150/FJ Cruiser/Hilux and Foton Tunland, these 20mm strut spacers provide a simple and effective way to achieve additional front lift without compromising ride quality or suspension geometry. They are ideal for vehicles needing a subtle height increase to level the stance, improve clearance, or accommodate accessories such as bullbars and winches.

Manufactured from heavy-duty 10mm 350gr mild steel, these strut spacers are built to handle the loads associated with both on-road driving and off-road use. The SA5 zinc coating delivers excellent corrosion resistance, making them well suited to harsh Australian conditions including mud, water crossings, coastal environments, and red dirt touring.

These spacers are CNC laser cut to ensure accurate fitment on the factory strut assembly, providing a modest lift increase at the wheel, helping to improve approach angle and tyre clearance while retaining factory spring rates and shock travel. Making them a practical solution for daily drivers, tourers, or vehicles that see occasional off-road use.

    Key Benefits

    • Suits Toyota Prado 120/150/FJ Cruiser/Hilux and Foton Tunland
    • Provides a 20mm front lift for improved stance and clearance
    • Manufactured from 10mm 350gr mild steel for strength and durability
    • SA5 zinc coating for long-term corrosion resistance
    • Retains factory ride quality and suspension geometry
    • Ideal for vehicles with added front-end accessories
    • CNC laser cut for accurate fitment
    • A practical and reliable lift solution, these 20mm strut spacers are ideal for owners wanting improved clearance and a levelled appearance while maintaining factory driving comfort and long-term durability.

    Important Notes

Strut spacers are recommended for use with standard-length struts only. If longer aftermarket struts are fitted, down travel must be checked to ensure CVs do not bind, steering components do not foul, and no steering components operate beyond their maximum working angles.

Warning: Installation requires removal of the strut top from the strut assembly to install the supplied hardware. A suitable coil spring compressor is required to safely remove and refit. This product should be installed by a qualified workshop or experienced installer with the correct equipment.

At PPD Performance, all of our exhausts proudly feature:

    Mandrel Bent Piping

PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.

    304 Grade Stainless Steel

Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.

Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain

The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.

Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.

Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.

Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.

Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.

    Bolt on installation

All PPD Performance exhausts are designed to follow the same orientation and layout as the factory exhaust, making for easy bolt on installations. Our systems utilise the standard hanger locations, which means you don't have to use anything other than the factory rubbers.
