The next-generation N90 Hilux continues to run a factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) system designed to capture and burn off soot particles. While effective for emissions control, DPF systems can become restrictive over time.
During regeneration cycles, soot is burned off inside the honeycomb structure of the DPF. However, repeated short trips, towing, or incomplete burn cycles can lead to soot accumulation. Over time this can cause blockages, increased back pressure, reduced performance, and costly replacement issues.

Designed for the 2026+ Toyota Hilux N90 2.8L Turbo Diesel
This 3-inch stainless steel system is engineered specifically for the latest N90 platform. By removing the factory DPF restriction, exhaust flow is significantly improved, helping unlock better throttle response and overall performance.
The system is designed to bolt directly to the factory exhaust configuration. An adapter pipe is available free of charge if required to connect to the standard DPF-back exhaust — simply note this in the comments section when placing your order
