Leaf springs represent one of the most enduring suspension designs in automotive history, maintaining their relevance in commercial vehicles due to their exceptional load-bearing capabilities. Engineered in Australia, these progressive rate leaf springs are meticulously crafted with primary and secondary stage leaves, ensuring that the vehicle's ride quality remains uncompromised under varying loads.

As the spring compresses under load, the secondary stage engages, effectively preventing excessive sag and maintaining optimal ride height. The manufacturing process is designed to maximize durability, offering robust corrosion resistance and sag prevention, ensuring longevity in demanding conditions.

These leaf springs are available in up to three distinct spring rate options for most applications, providing the flexibility to select the ideal spring rate tailored to your vehicle's specific setup. Each spring is precision mandrel and die-formed, oil quenched, hardened, and tempered to guarantee extended service life.

Standard features include military wrap across all part numbers, accurate heat treatment, and construction from high-grade spring steel. Many applications also incorporate anti-friction pads to enhance performance. The springs are pre-stressed to maintain ride height and are rigorously load rate tested to ensure reliability.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, various spring rates are available to accommodate constant load carrying. The approximate raised height provided by these springs ranges from 40 to 50mm, with specific models designed for different configurations: T75-LH and T75-RH for up to bar on passenger and driver sides respectively, and T78-LH and T78-RH for steel bar and winch setups on both sides.

When selecting your springs, please note that for optimal performance, it is recommended to pair raised springs with long travel shock absorbers. Additionally, images provided are for representation purposes only and may not correspond directly to the specific part number being viewed.
