Many applications also incorporate anti-friction pads to enhance performance. The springs are pre-stressed to maintain optimal ride height and are rigorously load rate tested to ensure reliability.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, various spring rates are available to accommodate constant load scenarios. This includes fixed accessories such as canopies, steel trays, draw systems, fridges, toolboxes, rear bars, or spare wheel carriers, which are classified as constant load. It is crucial to select the appropriate spring rate to achieve optimal load carrying capacity, ride quality, and ride height.

Approximate raised height for these leaf springs ranges from 40-50mm, with specific models catering to different load capacities: T79C-LH and T79C-RH for light loads (0-300kg), T79L-LH and T79L-RH for constant loads (300kg), and T79LL-LH and T79LL-RH for heavier constant loads (500kg). When selecting, ensure to pair left-hand (LH) and right-hand (RH) options accordingly.

For enhanced performance, it is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers. Selecting the most relevant spring rate is essential for achieving the best results in load management, ride comfort, and vehicle height.
