Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, Tough Dog coils are finished with a durable powder coating that enhances both aesthetics and corrosion resistance, ensuring longevity in various environments.

For those with additional accessories, Tough Dog provides a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra weight or constant load scenarios. The approximate lift height for these coils is between 30-40mm, with specific models designed for different setups: TDC974 for vehicles without a bar or with an alloy bar, and TDC974H for those equipped with a steel bar or a bar and winch.
