    Product Info

Upgrade the steering strength and handling of your Toyota LandCruiser 80 or 105 Series with the Superior Billet Series 7075-T6 Alloy Drag Link Solid Bar. Designed as a heavy-duty replacement for the factory drag link, this adjustable solid bar delivers increased rigidity, improved steering response, and long-term reliability for touring, towing, and serious off-road use. CNC machined from high-strength 7075-T6 billet aluminium and finished in a gold anodised coating, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and a premium finish to match its performance.

On lifted or heavily loaded 80 and 105 Series LandCruisers, factory drag links can flex under load, leading to vague steering feel, accelerated wear, and reduced control, particularly when running larger tyres. This billet drag link is designed to eliminate flex, keeping steering geometry stable and predictable even under extreme use. The adjustable design allows for accurate alignment correction, making it ideal for modified suspension setups.

Whether you’re navigating rocky tracks, long outback corrugations, or simply want tighter steering feel on the road, this drag link provides the strength and confidence required for demanding Australian conditions. Built for durability and weight saving, it’s a critical upgrade for anyone pushing their LandCruiser to the limits.

At PPD Performance, all of our exhausts proudly feature:

    Mandrel Bent Piping

PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.

    304 Grade Stainless Steel

Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.

Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain

The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.

Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.

Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.

Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.

Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.

    Bolt on installation

All PPD Performance exhausts are designed to follow the same orientation and layout as the factory exhaust, making for easy bolt on installations. Our systems utilise the standard hanger locations, which means you don't have to use anything other than the factory rubbers.
