    Product Info

Specifically developed for the Toyota LandCruiser 105 Series (04/1998 to 10/2007), these front mudflap brackets feature an OE to -12 offset to correct mudflap positioning on vehicles that have been modified or are running wider tyres. They provide a practical solution for improving coverage where factory mudflaps no longer sit correctly due to suspension lifts, wheel changes, or general wear over time.

Manufactured from durable 3mm aluminium, the brackets offer an excellent balance of strength and weight, ensuring long-term reliability without unnecessary bulk. The textured black powder coat finish adds a tough, corrosion-resistant layer that stands up to mud, water, and harsh Australian conditions, while maintaining a clean, factory-style appearance behind the wheel.

The offset range positions the mudflap from standard OE alignment to a -12 offset, helping bring the mudflap back in line with the tyre. This reduces stone throw, mud spray, and road debris impacting the bodywork, side steps, and underbody components, particularly important for touring, off-road use, and daily driving on unsealed roads.

These brackets are ideal for 105 Series owners looking to restore proper mudflap alignment after fitting larger tyres or suspension upgrades, or as a stronger replacement for fatigued factory mounts. Designed specifically around the 105 Series chassis and flare geometry, they deliver a straightforward fit with reliable, repeatable positioning.
Customers also have the option to add Superior branded mudflaps for a complete ready-to-install setup. Superior’s newly released patented mudflap disconnect system is also available as an optional upgrade, allowing the mudflaps to be quickly removed and reinstalled when extra clearance is needed off-road. This provides added flexibility for vehicles regularly driven on both the road and the tracks while still maintaining a clean, secure mounting solution.

At PPD Performance, all of our exhausts proudly feature:

    Mandrel Bent Piping

PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.

    304 Grade Stainless Steel

Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.

Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain

The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.

Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.

Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.

Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.

Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.

    Bolt on installation

All PPD Performance exhausts are designed to follow the same orientation and layout as the factory exhaust, making for easy bolt on installations. Our systems utilise the standard hanger locations, which means you don't have to use anything other than the factory rubbers.
