Many applications also incorporate anti-friction pads to enhance performance. The springs are pre-stressed to maintain ride height and are rigorously load rate tested to ensure reliability.

For vehicles equipped with additional accessories, there is no need for concern. These leaf springs are designed with varying spring rates to accommodate extra loads or constant load carrying. The approximate raised height achieved with these springs ranges from 40 to 50mm, with specific configurations available for different setups:

45 Series with 25mm Eye: BP-013 - Suitable for Steel Bar; BP-013H - Compatible with Steel Bar and Winch.

47 Series with 35mm Eye: BP-015 - Suitable for Steel Bar; BP-015H - Compatible with Steel Bar and Winch.
