Superior Gen 2 Weld-On Low Profile Front Diff Guard suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 80, 105, 76, 78 and 79 Series (09/1999–10/2016) is developed to provide maximum protection for the front differential housing while maintaining improved ground clearance. Manufactured from heavy-duty mild steel and supplied in a raw finish. This low-profile design is built for serious off-road use where both strength and clearance are critical.
Toyota LandCruisers are well known for their off-road capability, but the front differential housing remains vulnerable to direct impact from rocks, ruts, and harsh terrain. A low-profile weld-on diff guard provides permanent reinforcement while keeping a compact design that helps reduce the risk of grounding out on obstacles.
This Gen 2 design integrates directly with the differential housing through a weld-on installation, delivering maximum strength and eliminating movement under load. CNC laser cut and folded from durable mild steel, it is designed to withstand repeated impacts in extreme environments. The raw finish allows for proper welding preparation.
