Additionally, the coils are scragged and load tested to guarantee their performance under various conditions. Formed on precision mandrels and hot formed to preserve spring memory, these coils are built to last. The powder-coated finish not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring that they look great and perform well over time.

For those with additional accessories, Tough Dog offers a range of spring rates tailored to accommodate extra load or constant load carrying. This flexibility allows for optimal performance regardless of your vehicle's configuration.

Approximate lift heights are as follows: 20-25mm lift for TDC943S with no bar or alloy bar, TDC948L for steel bar, and TDC948HL for steel bar and winch. For a 40-50mm lift, TDC943 is suitable for up to a steel bar, while TDC943H is designed for steel bar and winch applications. It is advisable to pair these raised springs with long travel shock absorbers for enhanced performance.
