With the introduction of the 300 series, we quickly released that there was a need to improve the cooling ability of the water to air cooling system. On the dyno we have seen the ECU reducing power output over multiple runs as the factory system struggles to dissipate enough heat in high load conditions.

At Cross Country 4×4 we have developed the 300 series heat exchanger upgrade using PWR’s highly efficient rolled dimple tube and fin heat exchanger core. Measuring in at 500 x 307 x 44mm. We have seen temperatures easily drop 50% over the factory setup. Being mounted centrally infront of the radiator the engine fan will continually draw air through the heat exchanger helping in stop start conditions.

Made in our South Australian Fabrication Facility, our entire range of Intercoolers are still, and always will be 100% Australian Made with PWR Racer Series Cores across our range.
