The approximate lift height for these springs is between 35-40mm, with various options available: KTRR 141 for light loads, KTRR 141H for medium loads (100-250kg comfort), KTRR 141HD for medium loads (100-300kg), and KTRR 141HHD for heavy loads (300-500kg).
