Each coil undergoes a meticulous shot peening process to relieve internal stresses, followed by scragging and load testing to ensure reliability and performance. The coils are formed on precision mandrels and hot-formed to maintain their spring memory, ensuring longevity and durability.

To enhance both aesthetics and protection against corrosion, the coils are finished with a high-quality powder coating. These coils are compatible with Foam Cell (FC) or 40mm 9 Stage Adjustable (BM) Front Struts, including those equipped for bar and winch applications.
