Built locally in Pakenham (VIC) the Australian made bar, uses only Australian steel - 5mm thick - so you know you can trust the quality for the highest level of strength and durability. Manufacturered with the latest laser cutting techniques before being folded with a press brake.

The bars are mounted direct to the chassis, no body mounts here, this ensures the strength during an impact is maximized. The bars specifically mount on either side of the chassis, with the steel plates fixing the bar to the vehicle with high tensile bolts.

Mounting plates are also added to the bar, which span the whole distance from teh front of the bars wings to the chassis to provide side impact rigidity.

Configurable Carriers:

Included with the purchase of the 76 series rear bar are two carrier arms. Each carrier (both left and right) shares common symmetrical bases which allow for different uprights and accessories to be bolted on. This will allow the owner of the bar to easily choose their carrier setup and modify it with ease down the track.

Included with the bar is a single tyre carrier upright and a passenger side jerry can holder. The jerry holder can be unbolted from the passenger side carrier base to allow for another tyre carrier upright to be added (should you wish for a twin tyre carrier setup). Likewise, the tyre carrier upright can be unbolted from the driver’s side carrier base to allow for different carriers to be installed.

Additional bolt on carrier accessories will be sold separately.

When configured with twin tyre carrier uprights, the 76 series rear bar will be able to hold two 35-inch spare tyres.

With our full time design team, we are always finding ways to improve the rear bars to make for a better product. In the latest updates (13/10/22), we have included:

Due to this item exceeding 30kgs we will deliver it to your closest depot unless a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS WITH A FORKIFT is provided on checkout.
