    Product Info

Developed for the Toyota LandCruiser 76 and 79 Series GXL models (02/2007 to Current pre-facelift), these 0 offset front mudflap brackets are designed to retain correct mudflap positioning on vehicles running OEM flares and factory-style body width. They provide a clean, factory-aligned solution where standard brackets can sit too far inboard or cause poor flap coverage.

Manufactured from 2mm aluminium, the brackets offer an ideal balance of strength, reduced weight, and corrosion resistance. Finished in a satin black powder coat, they are well suited to harsh Australian conditions while maintaining a discreet, OEM-style appearance behind the front wheels. The 0 offset design keeps the mudflaps aligned with factory flare geometry, helping to control mud, stones, and road debris without protruding or interfering with tyre clearance.

These brackets are particularly beneficial for GXL owners who want to maintain correct mudflap coverage after suspension or tyre changes, or when replacing damaged factory brackets. By holding the mudflaps in the intended position, they help protect paintwork, side steps, and underbody components during touring, off-road use, and daily driving.

Fitment is designed around genuine GXL flare and mudflap configurations. Vehicles fitted with aftermarket “GXL style” flares or narrow body variants may experience alignment issues, as these brackets are not designed to compensate for non-OEM flare dimensions.

For LandCruiser GXL owners chasing proper mudflap alignment, durable materials, and an OEM-correct fit, these 0 offset front mudflap brackets deliver a clean, reliable solution built for Australian conditions.

At PPD Performance, all of our exhausts proudly feature:

    Mandrel Bent Piping

PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.

    304 Grade Stainless Steel

Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.

Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain

The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.

Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.

Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.

Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.

Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.

    Bolt on installation

All PPD Performance exhausts are designed to follow the same orientation and layout as the factory exhaust, making for easy bolt on installations. Our systems utilise the standard hanger locations, which means you don't have to use anything other than the factory rubbers.
