    Product Info

Superior Billet Series 6061-T6 Alloy Front Shock Reservoir Mount suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 80 and 105 Series (05/1989–10/2007) is built to give you a solid, no-fuss mounting solution for remote reservoir shocks; combining a tough mild steel bracket with CNC machined 6061-T6 billet clamps, finished in black powdercoat and anodised blue for durability and corrosion resistance. It is designed specifically for the front of your 80 and 105 series LandCruiser, keeping your reservoirs secure and properly positioned where they should be.

Running remote reservoir shocks on an 80 or 105 is common, especially on touring and off-road builds. The issue is, without a proper mount, reservoirs can end up zip-tied or poorly positioned, which leads to hose strain, rubbing, or damage over time. A correct mounting setup keeps everything where it should be, so the shocks can do their job without any dramas.

This setup uses a strong steel base bracket for mounting, paired with billet alloy clamps to hold the reservoirs firmly in place. It keeps everything neat, secure, and out of the way of moving components. Designed to suit the front end of 80 and 105 Series LandCruisers, so fitment is straightforward and works with common shock setups.

Built to handle rough tracks and long trips, with finishes that hold up against mud, water, and general abuse, this kit is made for vehicles that actually get used.

    Key Benefits

    • Secure mounting for front remote reservoir shocks
    • Billet 6061-T6 clamps for strong, precise hold
    • Steel bracket provides solid mounting base
    • Keeps hoses protected and routing correct
    • Powdercoated and anodised for durability

    Important Notes

If you’re running reservoirs on your 80 or 105, this is the sort of setup you want. Clean, tough, and built to stay put no matter how hard the tracks get.

At PPD Performance, all of our exhausts proudly feature:

    Mandrel Bent Piping

PPD Performance exhausts comprise of mandrel bent, stainless pipe work, delivering uncompromising flow, performance, and sound. Mandrel bending involves placing a mandrel inside the piping, before it is bent to shape. In comparison; cheaper press bending from other manufacturers squashes the tube as it is bent, reducing flow.

    304 Grade Stainless Steel

Tired of your mild steel exhaust systems rusting out after a year or less? Time to shop for a stainless steel system? There’s still some things you need to be aware of. Our competitors typically advertise their exhaust products as stainless steel. Most don't stipulate the differences between ferretic 409 grade stainless steel and austenitic 304 stainless steel.

Significant differences exist between the metals that make one better for performance exhaust applications than the other. Let us explain

The corrosion resistance of your 4x4 exhaust depends on the content of chromium and nickel found in the alloy. 409 grade stainless steel is used by many manufactures due to its medium strength, formability and very low cost. Typically, 409 grade stainless steel has a chromium content of between 10.50% - 11.75% and a nickel content of less 0.50%.

Why do we use 304 grade stainless steel piping for 4x4 performance exhausts? Because it is more resistant to rusting than ferretic based stainless steels such as 409. However, because of its low ferrous content, 304 can develop a golden colour when exposed to high heat over time. In fact, the ferrous metal content is so low that magnets won’t stick to it, making the identification of 409 and 304 grade stainless steel very easy.

Put simply, 304 grade stainless is the best value material used in the 4x4 exhaust game when strength, corrosion resistance and performance are at the top of your list of priorities.

Type 304 steel is engineered with chromium and nickel content and proves to be resistant to oxidation, corrosion, and durability.

Together with a polished finish - it is a great choice for your 4x4 offering excellent corrosion resistance from exhaust emissions, moisture and beach exposure.

    Bolt on installation

All PPD Performance exhausts are designed to follow the same orientation and layout as the factory exhaust, making for easy bolt on installations. Our systems utilise the standard hanger locations, which means you don't have to use anything other than the factory rubbers.
