WELCOME TO THE SUPERIOR FLAT PACK FIRE PIT - YOUR ULTIMATE OUTDOOR COMPANION!
The Superior Gen 2 Mild Steel Flat Pack Fire Pit takes everything we liked about the original and makes it better. With a taller design, improved stability, fewer parts and extra folds throughout the panels. Built from mild steel and designed to pack flat, it remains an easy-to-carry fire pit for camping, touring, caravanning, the backyard or wherever you plan on setting up around a fire.
The biggest change with Gen 2 is the increased height. Which is designed to meet the requirements for legal fire pit use in National Parks where applicable, giving you a more practical option for enjoying a fire while travelling. As always, local fire restrictions and National Park rules can vary, so check the requirements for your intended location before lighting up.
The side plates have also been redesigned with folded feet, giving the fire pit a more stable footprint when assembled. Each foot incorporates holes that allow the fire pit to be pegged down when required, providing additional stability and helping prevent the pit from moving in windy conditions or being accidentally knocked.
A number of smaller design changes have also been made throughout the Gen 2 fire pit. Additional folds and formed sections have been incorporated into the panels to improve rigidity and help reduce the tendency for the steel to warp when exposed to repeated heat cycles.
Like the original, the Gen 2 design still packs flat for easy storage. Throw it in the back of the 4WD, trailer, canopy, caravan or shed without having to sacrifice a heap of valuable space.
Whether you're heading away for the weekend or setting up camp for a few weeks, the Superior Gen 2 Mild Steel Flat Pack Fire Pit is built to be practical, packable and ready to cop a few good nights around the fire. It's a proper camping fire pit without taking up half the vehicle to carry it.
Adjustable Grill Slats
Includes four removable "Top Slats" for your Camp Oven, Cast Iron Skillet or Billy.
Additional provisions mean the Top Slats can be placed in multiple locations.

Taller Design for National Park Use
At 432mm tall, the Gen 2 fire pit sits well above the original 305mm low-boy design. The extra height is designed to meet the requirements for legal fire pit use in National Parks where applicable, so you can enjoy a fire at more of the places you travel to. Fire restrictions and National Park rules can vary between states and parks, so always check the requirements for your intended location before lighting up.
